Disney star Selena Gomez was rushed to a hospital last Thursday, after she complained of severe headache and nausea. There were many rumours as to what had really happened to the teen star, as some believed she was pregnant. However, a source revealed to US Weekly that Selena's visit to the hospital was as a result of food poisoning and exhaustion. 
Selena was taken to the hospital after her appearance at 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno'. The actress' representative are yet to comment on her brief visit to the hospital. 'The Wizards of Waverley Place' star returned to the hospital two days later, looking tired and worn out. According to TMZ, the doctors are yet to find out the cause of Selena's sickness. However, the standard blood tests and other tests have been conducted.
Her tour is due to start today (Monday 13), which will begin in Santa Monica and end after her performances in 10 cities. Her singer boyfriend Justin Bieber, sent her a short and sweet 'get well soon' message on Twitter.
